The Preserve is one of several associations inside the gated community of Woods Edge in Bonita Springs, a mere 30 minutes drive from Southwest Florida International Airport. The small enclave of three 2 storey buildings contains twenty-six 2 bed and 2 bath units and a large heated pool.  Occupants consist of full and part time residents, plus long and short term renters.  The Preserve is one of very few Condominiums west of US 41 that permits weekly rentals.  Visitors can enjoy a long or brief stay wthin 3 miles of beautiful Bonita Beach and the 2nd highest rated beach in Florida, Barefoot Beach.  Delnor-Wiggins and Lover's Key state parks are just a short drive from The Preserve which is ideally located south of Bonita Beach Road.

The community is nestled close to several major grocery stores and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants.  If shopping is your guilty pleasure, there are many options to enjoy in the area, from the fabulous Miromar Outlets to large malls at Coconut Point, Coastland Center and the Gulf Coast Town Center.  Of course what visit to Florida would be complete without a round of golf?  Golfnow.com provides year round access to many semi private courses in Lee and Collier county.  

Like to fish? Pick up a non-resident permit for a week or year and try your luck with one of many charter fishing services or rent your own boat and do some inshore fishing.
